1. Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina.
After watching some of his highlight film, looking at who he went up against, and seeing his stats. WOW! Thats the only word I can think of. He has a rare combination of speed, hands, power, and leaping ability. You might sit there and try to tell me how he played in the ACC, and the teams are some what mediocre. How they are not known here lately for there play on the defensive side of the ball, and they just put up big numbers on offense. If you take the time to look at his play I am sure, no i'm positive you would change your mind. Yea he only got 3 TDs on the year but in the same breath you have to point out the fact that he averaged almost 17 yards per catch this year, and was only a yard short of hanging up 200 receiving yards on Miami on a time that they were 5-0 on the season. Over all, during his 3 year career with the Tar Heels he averaged 17.3 yards per catch, 3 touchdowns per year, and 37 receptions. I honestly think that he will only get better from there, seeing as he only got better each year and he still has room to grow. Pro comparison Jimmy Graham, and I think he will cash in with the NewYork Jets.
2. Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri.Kony is the best overall DE to come out of college in some time. Not only does he have the burst of speed and quickness to play on the outside, but he also has the power and body build to play inside, not too sure when the last time I saw Jadeveon Clowney do that. Kony stands in at 6'5" 275lbs. In his 3 years as a tiger he played 2 of them in the SEC, and we all know that the SEC has arguably some of the best defensive talent in all of college football. While at MU Kony racked up 95 tackles, 27 for a loss, 12.5 sacks (he got 11.5 as a SEC player), 1 int of 49 yards and a touchdown, and 4 forced fumbles. In my eyes yes Jadeveon is the best DE to come out of the draft this year, but as far as over all talent as a player the can play both inside and outside on the line and possibly have the speed to play in the 3-4, I will go with Kony all day every day. Pro comparison J.J. Watt, and I think he will end up with either the Chicago Bears or the Dallas Cowboys.
3. Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama.
Cyrus has NFL scouts drooling over him. He stands in at 6'6" and 311 pounds. He came out of high school as the #1 overall tackle and #4 overall player in all of the land. What makes him better then other tackles in the draft? He has the raw talent and ability as some of the top O-line in the NFL. What he lacks in speed is power and explosiveness, he is young so with the right O-line coach he has no limit on how good he can be. Pro comparison Jake Long, and I think he ends up with the Arizona Cardinals.
